Refund policy

At Maia, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:

 *CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN SHIPPING FEES*

  • Store Credit Only – No refunds will be issued. Instead, a store credit will be provided, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
  • Return & Exchange Window – You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Eligibility Requirements – Items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
    • With tags fully attached
    • In the original packaging
  • Items that Do Not Meet These Conditions Will Be Refused – We reserve the right to reject returns if they are:
    1. Shipped after the 7-day return period
    2. Worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way
    3. Missing required tags
  • Non-Returnable Items – The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Sale items
  • Proof of Purchase Required – A valid receipt or order confirmation is needed for all returns.
