Orders

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

  • Shipping may take 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • FREE shipping on all orders over $125 exclusively for our customers in Puerto Rico. 

  • Maia Boutique PR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays caused by the postal service.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

  • Line 1: Name of Urbanization (if applicable)

  • Line 2: House number and street name

  • Line 3: City and ZIP code
